{"id":12632,"date":"2025-08-20T12:23:33","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T10:23:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mireiagrossmann.com\/?p=12632"},"modified":"2025-08-22T14:46:35","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T12:46:35","slug":"mireia-grossmann-al-diari-ara-vulva-necessita-respirar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mireiagrossmann.com\/ca\/mireia-grossmann-al-diari-ara-vulva-necessita-respirar\/","title":{"rendered":"Mireia Grossmann al Diari Ara: \u201cLa vulva necessita respirar\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una conversa necess\u00e0ria sobre sexualitat i salut \u00edntima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa poc vaig participar en una entrevista per a <em>Diari Ara<\/em> on vaig poder parlar d\u2019un tema que considero fonamental: <strong>la salut \u00edntima i el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a mi va ser una oportunitat de donar veu a all\u00f2 que encara \u00e9s massa sovint un tab\u00fa. Moltes dones normalitzen el dolor, les p\u00e8rdues d\u2019orina o la desconnexi\u00f3 amb el seu cos com si fossin conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies inevitables de l\u2019edat, els parts o la menopausa. I no ho s\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sexualitat no es pot reduir a la penetraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l\u2019entrevista vaig explicar que la sexualitat femenina no pot continuar redu\u00efda al coit. Aquest model limita el nostre plaer i ens deixa en un segon pla, com si tot el que no fos penetraci\u00f3 fossin simples \u201cpreliminars\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La realitat \u00e9s que <strong>el plaer femen\u00ed \u00e9s m\u00e9s global, m\u00e9s corporal i m\u00e9s comunicatiu<\/strong>. La vagina, per si sola, no \u00e9s el centre de la sensibilitat: \u00e9s un espai que necessita cura i preparaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aix\u00f2 m\u2019agrada parlar d\u2019<strong>\u201cexperi\u00e8ncia eroticofestiva\u201d<\/strong>, una manera diferent d\u2019entendre la sexualitat, on no es tracta de complir, sin\u00f3 de gaudir sense expectatives fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consells que vaig compartir a l\u2019entrevista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la conversa a <em>Diari Ara<\/em> tamb\u00e9 vaig donar alguns consells pr\u00e0ctics per cuidar la vulva i el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 en el dia a dia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dormir sense calces:<\/strong> la vulva necessita respirar; si sempre est\u00e0 tapada i humida, augmenten les infeccions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exercicis de Kegel i orgasmes terap\u00e8utics:<\/strong> qualsevol m\u00fascul que no es mou s\u2019atrofia, i el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 no n\u2019\u00e9s una excepci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lectura er\u00f2tica i autoexploraci\u00f3:<\/strong> la libido es cultiva, i el primer pas \u00e9s reconnectar amb una mateixa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El mirall com a eina:<\/strong> mirar-nos i recon\u00e8ixer-nos ajuda a integrar aquesta part del cos sense culpa ni vergonya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La menopausa no \u00e9s un final<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un altre dels temes que vaig tractar va ser la menopausa. \u00c9s una etapa en qu\u00e8 moltes dones comencen a notar s\u00edmptomes i problemes, per\u00f2 no s\u2019hauria de viure com un c\u00e0stig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada dona t\u00e9 la seva menopausa i tamb\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat de reprogramar la manera com la viu. El cos canvia, s\u00ed, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 podem canviar la nostra manera d\u2019entendre la sexualitat i el plaer en aquesta etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo ho dic sempre: <em>\u201cJo era m\u00e9s mona als 25, per\u00f2 ara m\u2019agrado molt m\u00e9s. Si no t\u2019agrado, no em miris\u201d<\/em>. Per a mi, la menopausa tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un acte de llibertat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La meva missi\u00f3: donar visibilitat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La meva missi\u00f3 segueix sent la mateixa: visibilitzar all\u00f2 invisible.
