Anar una mica cada dia \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable que anar molt de tant en tant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No empenyis com si parissis: respira, coordina i allibera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La majoria empenyen\u2026 <strong>aguantant la respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Irriten i acaben empitjorant la motilitat intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escolta el teu ventre, cuida el teu cos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cos et parla cada dia. Amb tensions, sensacions, bloquejos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I si el sents, si l\u2019escoltes, <strong>pots recuperar una funci\u00f3 tan b\u00e0sica com anar de ventre sense dolor.<\/strong><br>Tu pots.
